How long after you got a positive pregnancy test did you go to the doctor?

My period is currently 15 days late and tonight after work I plan to get a test. (The only symptom I really have is nausea) If I am in fact pregnant, when is the best time to make a doctor's appointment?

You call the doctor as soon as you find out and they tell you when to come in.

It depends how far along you are. If you don’t know how long they will have to do an ultrasound pretty soon to determine. However if you know it’s only been a week or two it’s unlikely they will bring you in until around 6-8 weeks at least. But you should let them know as soon as you find out so they can advise u on other things such as changing your diet and vitamins.
