Non stress vent

I’m 34 weeks with type II diabetes, mild excessive fluid, hypertension, and preeclampsia. My baby has these stress test and ultrasounds done twice a week for the next three weeks. Her last couple of non stress test has been showing she’s “non reactive.” Not entirely sure what that means cause I feel like I’m not getting clear enough answers unless I start acting like bitch. If they’re concerned about her breathing, I just don’t understand why they won’t bring her in earlier than 37 weeks at this point. I’m fed up with the hospital stays and these labs and test. When we’re home, she’s moving perfectly fine and is very active....I’m just not sure what I can do at this point and it’s honestly making me depress that I feel like I can’t help my baby. I just wanna bring home a healthy baby. I’m terrified of stillbirth.
