SORRY TMI
39 weeks pregnant & having severe explosive diarrhea. (3rd time pooping today, this last one was diarrhea and super watery) My stomach was making a super sound rumbling noise and before I knew it I was running to the toilet. It’s super bad and I hope my baby is okay in there. Is this a sign of labor? Should I inform my doctor? I have a doctors appt tomorrow
