Cervix position questions

Okay I have been able to use cervix position, CM and tracking while TTC in the past. However I am using tracking now to keep an eye out for ovulation and the return of my cycle. I am 7 months postpartum and still have not had my period. Every time my husband and I have sex the next day I end up getting EWCM it isnt semen (but that is the only time.. so i dont think that it actually is a sign of fertility) I also notice that my cervix is always open the next day. I track my CM and position regularly and when we havent had recent sex I'm basically dry and closed cervix.

Is it normal for cervix to open from sex?

I know I'm not likely to get pregnant cause i havent had almy cycle left and have no signs of ovulation (except right after sex for 1 day) this has been going on for months and I havent gotten pregnant.
