Thin hair

Do any of you ladies have/ or had thin hair? To where you can see it at the top of your head? If so, do you still have thin hair or have any of you taken care of it? And if so, how? I have very fine hair. I feel as if it could of gotten worse over the years, and you can tell I have thin hair by looking at the top of my head. It’s something I struggle with. I’m super self conscious about it and I just would like to know if there’s any remedies out there for it? I have used powder, and other products to cover it but I am just curious if there’s anyway to get hair to grow thicker. TIA ❤️

(PS it’s possible I have an autoimmune disease, not sure yet, but I’m finding out with my doctor soon so that could also be apart of the thin hair..)
