suggestions required please

my doctor has advised me laproscopy just to check whether my tubes n overies are ok or not ..... my question is other than laproscopy there is no other option ?????

n secondly my question is that i was pregnant last year but missed my baby.... being pregnant doesn't mean that my tubes n overies are ok ??? than why the dr has suggested it ??? 🙄🙄

please help me em worried alottt
