Urine and blood test negative but actually pregnant?

Has anyone here have negative urine and blood test and still pregnant? I had an US 2 weeks ago, it showed 2 possible gestational sacs but have a US today and I'm a little nervous..any words of encouragement is def appreciated

It is extremely unlikely that you are pregnant if you had a negative blood test.  It is even more unlikely for anything go show up on ultrasound with a negative pregnancy test, and those do not appear to be gestational sacs to me. Best of luck!

There is a condition which for the life of me the name isn’t coming to me... well it is like a hidden pregnancy. You are very much pregnant but it can’t be detected till much later (usually 3+ months pregnant). 
Keep us updated after your scan today.
