Upper back and chest pain since last night..

What should I do? Has anyone else had this? Since about 10pm last night I coughed and had some chest pain that moved to my upper back. Feels tight and sore when I talk, laugh or cough. The cough is dry no phlegm or anything like that. Getting nervous, but don’t want to go to the ER if I don’t have to /:
