I did it y’all! 100 pounds down!
I’m so frickin happy! This journey has been one long and tedious journey! I was diagnosed with pcos at 12 and at the time the drs didn’t know very much, so the weight started coming and my periods became absent. When I met my husband, he encouraged me to lose weight. I was a type 2 diabetic and had high blood pressure and was on the verge of developing cardiac problems(cardiac problems are in my family) and because of those reasons he expressed how concerned he was for my health. He obviously still thought I was beautiful, but he wants to live a long life with me and as it was the drs were telling me I was on a fast track for a heart attack at the age of 35. So I got my butt in gear and lost it. If I hadn’t of lost as much as I did, pregnant would have been near impossible. I had 1 period every 13 months. Once I lost 70 pounds I got pregnant with my son and shortly after he was born I fell pregnant .org my daughter 🤭 🤣. It’s been a hard journey, I cried sometimes. Learning to love new foods was so difficult.
If I can do it, I know you can! You’ve got this!
