Cot bumpers?

We had one with our son 5 year ago recently seen that your midwife don't approve. Who's using one

Nope because no matter how cute they are, they’re not safe.

I only used a mesh bumper when my son was 12 months old and up because he kept sticking his legs through the bars and they’d get stuck and bruised. We almost had to break his crib to get him unstuck once. He’s still using them at 2 years old.

There is no need for them. Children bang there head it’s better than them being strangled by the bumpers.

Ive used one and my son could roll from a very early age and he pulled up way early too and would step through the railing.

They're a big SIDS risk. You should never have anything in or around the crib except a snuggly fitting properly sized firm crib mattress until like 1-2yrs old

They are a suffocation risk. Buy some mesh/netting if you're worried. (:

No way. My friends baby died because of one. She did a campaign to ban them and its horrendous to know how many parents have lost their babies due to one.
