BIOFREEZE during pregnancy?

Hey, my babe has been having some back pain during her pregnancy and I was wondering if it was ok to apply some biofreeze to her back so she can get some comfort.

I use tiger balm. It’s basically icyhot the balm. It’s AMAZING it works for anything from achy back, to sore feet, muscle cramps, you name it. Just don’t use it immediately after the shower and DONT SHOWER FOR 45 minutes after you put it on or you’re gonna have a bad time.

I know lidocaine patches are safe. I was given them in the hospital for back pain during pregnancy.

Honestly I don’t know about biofreeze, but I was having terrible back and hip pain when I was pregnant and a chiropractor did wonders for me.
