How can I keep lose weight while pregnant ?

I’m considered “obese” from what my drs had said. I’m 179 pounds. I gained a lot of weight with my first and she’s 16 months old. I was 140 pre pregnancy. I ate ALOT while pregnant and now I’m seriously trying to watch my food intakes.

Also everytime I eat, my stomach gets SUPER FREAKING bloated for a couple hours??? WTH? Lol I’m only 5 weeks 😂😂

Anyways, what can I do to lose the extra fat ? Is it healthy to do that while pregnant ? What exercises are good for pregnancy ?
