Getting super anxious about giving birth 😰

Our baby boy is due in a few weeks, and I'm really starting to freak out. My OB said there will be at least 5 medical people in the room...so that makes me super uncomfortable being completely naked with my crotch in the air. I'm so scared I'm not going to be able to handle the pain on top of it. Any advice?
