Has anyone had negative HPT day before beta?

I am 13 days post IUI and just got a negative urine test. Tomorrow is my beta blood test and I feel like this cycle is a bust and I don’t even want to take off from work to get the beta done. Has anyone actually had a positive beta the day after negative urine?

Yes I did today yesterday was negative

My first transfer failed. I tested every day from day 3. My beta was negative but mentally I was prepared bc I tested at home.

I never had a chance to get my beta with IUI, AF always showed up early
