So we didn’t ask about it we just assumed there was one baby. This is my 7 week ultrasound... my husband and I were looking at it and he keep pointing to the little blob by the top of the baby and said... is that another one? Am I dumb for wondering?

So I’m not talking about the yolk sac... she pointed that out to us... at the top of the screen there is a small faded blob of white

if im not mistaken its a sack of some sort i thought the same at my 8 week apt 😂 and my ultrasound pic had it as well
