I think i miscarried two weeks ago. Like my period was late and I had the symptoms. Took a lot of test and they were faint positive. And then suddenly I had cramps and was bleeding a lot with a lot of big cloth. (I’m still spotting till now)

Today I took two test and they were bold positive. Should I go to the emergency ? Or how long does it take for pregnancy symptoms to disappear after a miscarriage??? Please help!! I’m not sure if I’m pregnant...😞
