Feel like I am FAILING as a mom and wife
15 weeks old today. Love my baby girl more than life itself but wow sleep regression is hitting hard! Husband is out of town constantly for work... I am just trying to stay afloat with my own sleep deprivation. He gets frustrated because she is fussy and not sleeping and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO so then my anxiety is through the roof!
Anyone feel me?? Or have sleep regression tips?? PLEASE! It is hard to keep everyone happy including yourself when you are tired and stressed. 😭 and I feel like I am failing both of them right now and I hate that.
