Birth plan
Hi ladies,
Do you have a birth plan.
I’m thinking of not getting an epidural since I’m afraid of the side effects but I’m not sure how painful will be the labor since this is my first child
My mother had her 3 kids without epidural and had very easy labors in less than 6 hours
I also don’t get any pain for my periods so I wonder if labor would be easy for me because I usually don’t get any period cramps?! 🤔
