I’ll limit nursing to once in the morning and once at night at a year, and we will be fully weaned by 18 months. Though this may change if we decide to have another during this time.

Planning to transition daytime feeds this summer to strictly formula and wanting to keep early morning and late night feeds to closer to 1 year if I can pull that off. I’ve read that the body will adjust and right now I’m down to 3 pumps during the work day instead of 4. I just pump less time during the day and then when ready space out the pumping further apart. With baby I breastfeed but have him drink formula during the day between feeds. Slowly working I think.

Stopped breastfeeding my oldest at 1 month and my current 6 month old I stopped at 2 months. If I have another baby I will probably only do a few weeks as well. So none of those options above even apply to me lol

My max goal was a year but I went back to work 2 months ago and recently my supply has dropped by half when I pump. Honestly not really disappointed if I stop in the next few months because I didn’t even think I’d make it to 6 months 🙃 it’s also so much more convenient to give a bottle to baby when we’re out and I don’t have to worry about whipping my boobs out 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ shes getting a bottle or two of formula and I don’t feel guilty like I thought I would. In the end, it’s whatever works for you 😊

I'm in the process of weaning from exclusive pumping right now. I feel sad but my supply dropped to the point that it doesn't seem worth it.

I stopped feeding my 6 month old at 3 months exactly. I had such a hard time, wish I could of gone longer. My first baby I fed will she was 1 and a half! Obviously after she turned 1 it was mostly for comfort or bonding. So I would only do it in the night time. I don’t know why things were different this time around but if I could I would of kept feeding him.
