Leg cramp from hell 😩
At 4:30 this morning I went to stretch my legs and my whole lower right leg cramped up! Not a normal Charlie horse in just the back portion but my entire calf! My leg was STUCK. It only lasted about 30 seconds but I almost yelled for my husband to help me stretch it out because it was soo painful. Almost 12 hours later and it is still sore 😩ðŸ˜
