Finally Got Pregnant after 1 year MC, and now Bad news😭😓😞

I have been having brown red discharge, the doctor thinks I should be around 3-4 weeks pregnant he says it’s too small to know. I went in today for a follow up of my last ultrasound (1 week ago )

we only saw a sac at 2CM Today I go in and my sack is at 4CM he said it should of been at 8CM then he says I have Hypothyroidism (thyroid) and he wouldn’t be surprised if I have a miscarriage. He gave me thyroid medication and quadruple it to see if we can save the baby, I’m so bummed, sad, overwhelmed, and feeling extremely nervous.

Has anyone gone thru the same thing and baby made it????
