Polycystic kidney disease
I'm a carrier of polycystic kidney disease. After my NIPT test, my results came back low risk. I then received a call from my dr. Saying I'm a carrier of this disease. I've never heard of it before and I have a 6yo already. I guess they never conducted this test when i was pregnant with her. They now want to test my husband. Should i be concerned? I don't want to over think this. Who else has been a carrier of this?
