Anyone taking them? I have a big question?!

My doctor started me off on 25ml. She told me today I can finish the bottle by taking two to make 50ml. When I’m finished if it still isn’t working she will up it to 100ml.

The thing is I already took one this morning before my appointment. So my question is can I take a second one now? Or should I wait till tommorow to take them both together?

Does this make sense :/
