Is this normal?

I’m 10 weeks and 3 days and all day I’ve had this annoying lower abdominal pain. It mostly feels like period cramps. I don’t want to run and jump to negative thoughts and I definitely don’t want to to worry myself all the way to the er tonight. From what I googled it could just be round ligament pain so I’m not totally concerned just wondering if anyone has had or is having this!

I’ve had something similar and asked my gyno yesterday about it. She said when the uterus is stretching it’ll feel like period cramps or like you’re about to start

Yes! Water is your best friend to help with the cramping. Tons and tons of water. But mild cramping is normal. Always scary of course

Everyone is different, but for me, I have cramps on and off for the entire first trimester (and into my second trimester with my first pregnancy). I think it is the uterus growing. For me, round ligament pain was different, more localized, sharper pain, rather than the dull ache of cramps. Either way, cramping throughout pregnancy is relatively normal for one reason or another. There’s no need to be overly concerned unless the pain becomes severe or is accompanied by bleeding.

It could be a number of things. I had cramps in my first couple months. My ob told me to drink a lot of water. Like. A lot. Lol

Just took a nice hot shower and drank some water!! Also had some (me time) and that totally helped ease the pain!! Don’t knock it till you try it ladies I’m telling you!!

I’ve had similar symptoms, my doc wasn’t worried about it and said as long as the cramping isn’t severe, it’s normal.

Is this normal?
