(Baby isn’t born yet)

So me and my baby’s dad aren’t together I want to put him on the birth certificate simply because he is the father but I’ve had so many people and have read so many stories on fathers taking their child’s to other countries and not being able to get them back (my ex is from Pakistan and his dad and cousins are there still) so I know eventually he’ll want to take baby there but he’s unpredictable and very spiteful

Surely this is kidnapp if both parents don’t agree so this would be stopped straight away wouldn’t it?
