Am I being annoying?

My boyfriend and I are taking the summer off to relax in his home town.

Before we came, we agreed we would join the gym, go for a run every morning and go on hikes.

Now that I have been here for a week all he has done is play on his playstation whilst I go out alone. I have no friends in his town and I don’t speak the language very well, I trusted that he would exercise and go out with me but he is not at all.

He still also hasn’t fixed his suitcase and his clothes are a mess all over the floor..

Also, whilst he is playing he puts his headphones on and does not speak to me at all... and I can’t interrupt his games... i feel lonely af ☹️

This morning I went out to skate and he preferred to stay at home playing. Then we had lunch at home and now I came out to the park (2 mins away from his home) and he also did not join 😖

Am I being annoying or is this just a bit unfair and shitty from his side?
