Enlarged uterus

Hello everyone I lost my son on February 16, 2019 I was 6 months the hospital gave me pain medication when I wasn’t even in pain the nurse lied and said it was phenergan to help me sleep but once I got my medical records it stayed she gave me Demerol but anyway I went to the doctor a week again and had an ultrasound done and the tech said my uterus was enlarged my stomach is big and she couldn’t find my ovaries because he said my bowel was in the way but my doctor didn’t say anything other than we can try again have anyone had this happen and still had a healthy baby??
