If you did become pregnant on the pills, were you on the combination or mini pill?

I’m just curious. I’ve been on the combination pills for a year and the half and everything has been working well but I have read stories about woman pregnant on the pills. I know most of the time it is because they are taken incorrectly but I’m still curious as to which one you were taking.

I was taking combination.. doctor prescribed me medication and didn’t tell me it would effect my birth control even after I told him that I was taking it twice, he said it’d be fine and that other protection wasn’t necessary. 🤷‍♀️

Ive used mini pill for 2 years without condoms or pull out and never got pregnant. Took it on time and didnt have meds that interacted. Its 99.5% effective when used correctly as good as female sterilization and the copper iud. Combo pills are 99.9% effective when used correctly as good as hormonal iuds and male sterilization. Most people dont use them correctly and they both fall to 95% effective. I got all this info from the clinical resesrch studies they did on all these methods. Also i only switched from mini pill to iud due to my periods.
