Please advise..

Im trying to see what options their are for someone who wants to put their children's father on child support through Calworks. However fears for her safety once they find out. How does she go about staying safe? He is capable to harm her after he finds out he has to pay child support.

Pleade advise if anyone knows anything about this . thank you
