So I've got a lovely head cold that just won't go away (thanks a lot daycare lol). I lead a lot of trainings for work so I have to talk a lot for long periods at a time, which is dang near impossible with a runny nose and dry cough. I've got a list of meds that i can take which are safe while breast feeding, but I'm worried about a drop in supply. I've heard antihistamines are especially detrimental though some are safe for baby while momma takes them. My doctor wasn't much help in guiding me here so I wanted to get thoughts from other bf moms.
