Hey ladies! So I’m 23 I got diagnosed with endometriosis about 1 year ago. I’ve always had painful cramps and a heavy flow. I got the IUD about 2 years ago which was supposed to help but it brought in quite a bit more pain.

Within the last few months it’s been the worst ever. My legs and feet ache all the time. My arms and hand start to ache. It eventually goes to my chest. I feel exhausted all the time. I have cramps almost every day and I’m always hungry! Idk what to do. I’m scared to get surgery and possibly ruin my chances of having kids. Recently I saw a commercial about a tablet called Orilissa. I was wondering if anyone has tried it or has any advice to help my symptoms. I do like to self medicate with medical marijuana but I don’t like to be high during the day so that’s not an option. Any ideas are welcome please and thank you in advance
