So after getting a positive OPK do I have to TTC same day or next day or both?

It’s best to bd prior to getting your positive opk. You are fertile for up to 5 days before ovulation and sperm can live that long if you have ewcm. It’s recommended like someone else mentioned to bd every other day and then consecutively once you get your positive opk.

You don’t HAVE TO, but you should for better chances BD every other day from the end of your AF to the expected date of your next AF just so you don’t ever really miss the opportunity. But you can do it how ever you please and what fits your sexual life and lifestyle better 😁
