these braxton hicks never stop

i keep getting braxton hicks over and over and over , they come like every few minutes and it’s been like this for daaaayyyysss !! i’m 38w6d and i cannot take them any more , they don’t hurt so ik it’s not labor but they are so annoying !! and won’t stop , i’ve been drinking water and everything ... am i going to have my baby soon (FTM) is this normal to get them this often ???

this is from earlier tonight and i just stopped timing them because i was just getting so annoyed , but does anyone else get them this often they don’t hurt , but some of them i get a little cramping in my lower tummy .. i was thinking about going to get monitored tomorrow but monday i have a DR appointment .. advice ?
