Normal or concerning?

Ftm. I’ve been having like sharp contracting pains in my upper stomach, if I stand up I have to sit back down because of it. Also, when I sneeze my lower stomach does the same thing and I have to sit down. I’m 16 weeks is this normal? What might it be?

I had the same thing and it was all fine for me (I was 19 weeks). Still get pain somethings when I sneeze and I think that’s to do with muscles separating. At that stage your uterus is below your belly button so it’s nothing to do with the baby if it’s up that high. It was an upset stomach for me, lasted a few days and went away :) definitely see your doctor though just to make sure
