Work or take leave?

I started bleeding this past Thursday morning right before my prenatal appointment (11 weeks)

. I was so sure it was over. But to our surprise baby was healthy and active on ultrasound but I have a large subchorionic hemorrhage. The bleeding stopped that same night but I’ve been cramping and uncomfortable since then. My ob wrote me out of work until tomorrow and she said we would re-evaluate. I’m already getting progesterone shots and vaginal progesterone so she added alpha lipoic acid and azithromycin. I am a pharmacist so I work on my feet, no breaks and very stressful environment. I am considering taking leave at least until my repeat ultrasound in two weeks. I am terrified that I will start bleeding again at work and have complications. What might you do in my situation?
