Uppababy customer service/warranty?

I’m thinking of purchasing the Cruz, but want to know how uppababy’s warranty is and how their customer service is! Anyone have any problems with them?

Amazing. They are the best I’ve ever seen for a product period. I’ve been sent a new frame, fabric and wheels next day, no questions asked. Also they have tune up events which are free where you take the stroller and they oil it and replace any worn parts free of charge

Good customer service when I called them. We bought the travel bag for the car seat and stroller if they’re ruined during air travel uppa baby will replace it with a brand new one. It was worth it for us to keep our stuff safe since we travel a lot. They said the car seat is under their warranty for seven years and stroller for two. Over its an amazing stroller I love it!
