Does my husband have the right to tell me this?!?

So I recently purchased a new Louis Vuitton bag, and my husband’s sister invited us over for dinner tonight. My husband told me not to wear my bag to her house because none of them can afford it and he thinks it’s rude for me to “show off” with it...(wtf?)

Anyways does my husband have a point? Or is he being ridiculous?!?

I’m annoyed because I don’t like being told what I can or can’t wear 🙄.
