Heat Rash
I’m 6 weeks into my first pregnancy and I have developed a heat rash on my arms and thighs. I read this is common since your body temperature increases during pregnancy. I’ve been taking cold showers and putting on aloe and anti itch cream but I’m really struggling. Has anyone else ever experienced this? If so what can I do to get rid of it?
