This happened to me before too.. Since I was in 6th grade then and I’ve never had a relationship before and she had many it was quite shocking. Honestly I just played it cool and just talked to her normally. Later on we just brought up the topic to joke about as if it was nothing. I knew that if I ignored what she had said to me or just cut ties with her things would end badly and she would just feel super bad and depressed, so all I have to say it to relax and tell the truth. Say what you want to say about it and if you just play it cool and don’t act weird about it you guys can continue as friends and they can move on.
