My dr told me in the third trimester if drinking a liter of water and rest doesn’t help, to get checked. Always better to be safe. Last time I left a comment like this someone freaked out on me and said that’s dangerous advice and I’m just gonna give people unnecessary anxiety... personally I’d rather someone say “call your dr” than “it’s normal, you’re fine” and not be fine lol.

Daily headaches in the first second and third and all they tell me is my blood work looks fine 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just make sure to get your blood pressure checked. Headaches can be totally normal, but they could also be a sign of preeclampsia.

I’m not sure how much caffeine you’re drinking, or if you’re drinking any at all, but I would suggest drinking a little bit & see if that helps. I cut coffee & soda in my first trimester & I was suffering from terrible headaches. My doctor told me to drink the daily allotted amount of caffeine & it helped tremendously. Of course, I still get occasional headaches, but it’s no longer daily & they’re not so severe.
