This is supposed to be Bebe Stevens from South Park after prom. Any tips to improve it?

Looks great. If this is digital, may I suggest moving her mouth back to the front of her lip is in line with the tip of her nose? It’s pushed a bit far forward and throws off the face a bit. It might be what you’re looking for. :)
