I’m 5 days late all my test are negative is there still a chance. I’m starting to think not.

I'm 10 days late. All negative tests. Dr. Ordered Blood work & it was negative too. So idk what's going on but I'm so upset I could scream. Been tryin for over a yr. I've never been late like this. Last time i was I was pregnant.
