Pretty sure I have Endo...any help appreciated
Hello ladies! I have not been diagnosed but I've been doing a lot of research and since my PAP smears and STI panels all come back negative, I really am at my wits end.
I frequently experience terrible, painful, irregular periods. They are very heavy, frequently last over a week (longest was 10 days) and my cramping begins days before my period starts. I also experience spotting after my periods (one or two days after) that is like a light watery bleeding that never lasts longer than a day and seems to be triggered by my bowel movements (sorry, TMI).
The last thing is that I am in nearly constant pelvic pain. It is terrible and usually in the same place. Sometimes it feels as though someone is stabbing me, sometimes it feels like dull grinding, and my right hip and upper right thigh will sometimes feel numb or dead because of the pain. Sometimes the pain also feels like twisting, like you would wring out a towel. I also seem to get bloated or full really easily when the pain is happening. I can't understand why this is happening, and though i have a paragard IUD it should not be causing my issues as it is over four years old now.
At this point I am terrified and I don't know what is going on with my body. The soonest appt I can get at a free clinic is 2 months away. I don't have health insurance and I've narrowed my symptoms down to either Endo or cervical cancer since I hit almost all the markers for that.
I'm just curious if this sounds like Endometriosis to you ladies and if you had any advice since painkillers do not seem to work anymore (only a heating pad brings relief now).
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
