When’s the best time to start tracking ovulation?

First day of your period. Cycle day 1.

As soon as your period ends, especially if you’re not sure on your cycle length and when you normally ovulate. I use to ovulate 6 days after my period but always missed it because the instructions with the tests said test 12 days after my cycle ended. Once you start tracking and knowing what CD you ovulate you’ll have a good idea of when to start testing.

If your cycle is consistently the same length, there is a chart on the back of the ovulation test box. I started testing about cd 10!

I use opks a couple days after AF finishes until I get a positive. If your tracking bbt then every day regardless.
