Left Ear Pain?

Anyone else suffering from horrid left ear pain from sleeping so much on their side so much??

I did when i was pregnant with my son. My doctor told my it's all the extra blood flow that when you stay on one side so long it causes pressure and most times pain. I would get it with my ear and hip area.

Every night! I have to keep rolling to the other side because of my ears...it’s annoying lol
