Spotting at 6 weeks

Hey all, I have been spotting over the weekend with cramps similar to having to go to the bathroom. I went to the ER they didn’t seem to concerned... and I am going to the doctor this afternoon. The spotting started really light and is getting a little heavier. I’m nervous about miscarrying. I’m trying to drink plenty of fluids but I can’t stop my mind from racing.
