That’s actually what made me suspect something was up, because I was getting cramps daily but never started my period—usually I’d only get cramps the day of/before the bleeding started.

I usually got cramps for an hour or so 2 days before expected AF, then the day she came I would cramp the worst. 
When we conceived, I had no cramping 2 days before my period or the day she was supposed to arrive, so I tested.
BFP and then the cramps came on a couple days later but were milder than my usual period cramps! 
Just listen to your body, you know it the best, and if things seem off then test! 😊
