Baby bump filling out up top?

Is anyone else feeling like their baby bump is filling out up top too? Like I feel like almost my whole torso area is getting harder and bigger, but I know that sounds crazy too.

It’s not crazy... all your organs and everything shift up to make room for the baby. Completely normal.
