I start “showing” before I even know that I’m pregnant. With my first I was so confused about my belly looking chubby that I went on a diet 🤣
My sister on the other hand didn’t show at all until 7 months pregnant. And even then it was super tiny. 
We both had healthy babies 🙂

Just Remember all the women on "I didn't know I was pregnant" that went full 9months with no baby bump at all.
