Did anyone have brown discharge / spotting with all their pregnancies ?

This is my third pregnancy and for some reason I always have light brown spotting from like week 5 to 7 on and off then it’ll stop completely. Could this just be my norm? Left over blood or maybe old blood from sex ?

I’ve had missed miscarriages at 12 weeks but I dont think the spotting has anything to do with it as it always stops and baby has great strong heartbeat from start to end

(I possibly have a clotting factor that’s causing issues with placenta)

I also tested progesterone and it was fine and I’m on supplements as a precaution
